Outside of house-hunting with new friends, Tim enjoys cooking and dining adventures with his wife, an occasional day at the beach, hikes with his faithful canine companion, or otherwise trying to keep pace with his teenage sons. He has also served his community as a dedicated volunteer EMT / First Responder for many years.
